RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Because each Emberdene product is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or selecting the wrong size or color.
Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at timothy.couch51@gmail.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the item and the issue. We will review your request and, when approved, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
You generally will not need to return a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item unless we specifically instruct you otherwise.
Sizing
Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges when the incorrect size was ordered. Please review the size guide provided on the product page carefully before placing your order.
If the product you receive is materially different from the measurements provided in the applicable size guide because of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review the issue.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Emberdene is not responsible for replacement or reshipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to the sender because of an address issue, contact us and we will review the available options.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.
Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
